Purchase Terms

A perpetual license is a one-time purchase. It never expires, unlocks the complete app in every format we ship (standalone, VST3, and AU), works on macOS and Windows, and can be activated on up to 3 computers at once. It includes free updates through the current major version.

A monthly subscription unlocks the same app for as long as it is active. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops. Subscriptions are not converted into perpetual licenses.

Licenses are for personal use by the purchaser and may not be resold, shared, or transferred to another person. If you replace a computer and need an activation moved, contact support and we will sort it out.

The free trial is the complete app with nothing disabled, for 14 days, on up to 2 computers. No payment details are required. The 14 days start when you first activate, and an unused trial key can be redeemed for 30 days after it is issued. One trial per person.

Anything you make during the trial is yours to keep. Saved projects and exported audio continue to work after the trial ends, and open in the full app once you purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. DorDSP never sees or stores your card details. Prices are set in US dollars; where we show a local currency it is an estimate, and the amount charged is the USD price converted by your card issuer.

Introductory and sale prices apply only to purchases completed while the offer is running, at the price shown at checkout. They are not applied retroactively.

Your license key and download links are emailed to the address you use at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If they do not arrive, check your spam folder, then use the key recovery form.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on completed purchases. This is why the free trial is the complete app: it is the way to find out, on your own tracks and in your own DAW, whether a product is right for you before you buy.

If something has gone wrong with a purchase itself, for example a duplicate charge or a key that will not activate, email support@dordsp.com and we will make it right.
